If a secondary line was activated first and is now the primary line a.k.a. account owner, simply reach out to our Customer Support team at (855) 855-3728 from Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm EST. They will assist you in switching the lines back and ensure that your primary line reflects the correct preferences.
