Account lock is enabled by default on your account for added security. If needed, you can easily disable or re-enable it at any time by following the below steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to ‘Settings’.
- Click the toggle against ‘Account lock’ in case you’ve previously disabled it.
- And then click ‘Unlock My Account’ or ‘Unlock My Account’ depending on the account status.
A One Time Password will be sent to your registered email address. You need to enter and confirm this One Time Password to verify your identity.
