If you want to change your SIM preference immediately after purchasing your plan and SIM, please contact our Customer Support team at (855) 855-3728, available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST. Whether it’s due to SIM incompatibility or a device update, we’re here to assist you.
For changes after activating or using your current SIM, reach out to our Customer Support team at the same number. They’ll walk you through the process to adjust your SIM preferences to match your requirements and ensure compatibility with your device.
During the purchase process, if you wish to update your SIM preference, simply look for the edit icon next to your selected SIM type and click on it to make the switch.
